  • 7 Pen Strokes: A single pen stroke is chosen for each day as a focus tool to support the affirmation.
  • 1 Minute Per Day: The affirmation will be repeated for one minute per day while writing the pen stroke of the day.
  • Time Flexibility: Complete each day's video at any time of day that fits your schedule.
  • Honor your worth: Rediscover your value and strength by adjusting your inner voice and opening new pathways toward accomplishing your goals.
