In a world filled with challenges and uncertainties, finding consistent motivation and inspiration can sometimes feel elusive. We desire growth and change but we often are lost when we try to make it happen in our lives.

As creatives, we can find similar challenges and uncertainties in our art practice. We want to grow and learn, but we get stuck in the “I don’t know what to do next” mentality. Or worse, “I’m not as good as other artists, so I won’t even try.”.

What if you could use your love of creativity to spark inspiration in other parts of your life?

What if you could approach big goals through small steps, and do it through the joy of creativity?

That is what “Your Inspired Journey” is designed to accomplish!

Are you curious?

Watch this video for a description of this course.

Step #1: Get clear about what you want

You will be guided through simple steps to help you decide what YOU want to accomplish. These will be easy and approachable questions and prompts to encourage a conversation with yourself, without judgement or outside influence.
Do you need more positive self-talk? Your tile collection can be a list of affirmations, quotes or prayers.

Do you want more good nutrition or fitness in your routine? Your tile collection can be small tasks for each week, such as “walk outside twice this week” or “avoid soda Monday through Friday”.

Do you want to expand your art practice? Your tile collection can be different techniques to try each week.

Do you want to de-clutter your house? Your tile collection can be a small task to do such as “clean out the kitchen silverware drawer” or “organize one bookshelf”.

Do you simply want to enjoy more creative play in your life? Your tile collection can be just about the art and the joy of creating it.

Step 2: Create your own collection of art

Using the principles of creative play as the foundation, you will create a collection of 52 unique works of art.

Use your own supplies or purchase the optional supply kit (retail value over $70) for your convenience to have everything ready to go. (Supply details will be provided after purchase of the course.)

Step 3: Write your inspirations and goals

Your art tiles will hold inspirations/goals/tasks/notes, whatever you want them to be. This is the combination of your art and your personal growth, in whatever way you choose.

Step 4: Use your tiles throughout the year

Use your collection in a schedule that fits your needs and goals. Choose a tile every day, or maybe once a week is more manageable? Randomly choose a tile or put them in a logical order to work through consistently.

Your tiles will guide you toward your goals, but they will also bring you joy because they are grounded in your art and creativity.

It's all up to you!
