Zentangle is a relaxation and mindfulness technique that uses lines and pen strokes as the focus. It is easy to learn by anyone, regardless of creative ability, and encourages individuality, confidence and stress relief. All the patterns use simple strokes of a pen in repetition to create elegant designs and to help your mind relax during the process.
